It's pretty cool you just hang out with your friends and draw cards. If you draw a monster you have to fight it or try and runaway or you can ask your friend for help. If you draw a curse you get cursed. When you kill a monster you get the treasures they leave behind. It's pretty basic but what makes they game fun is the funny monsters and curses you can draw such as:
Sex Change curse
Stoned Golem monster
Santa Claus monster
also in Munchkin Bites you get a treasure thats a Werewolf Toothepaste that powers up a Werewolf's power.
