i havent seen teen titans in a while but i dont think they should bring a new member on the team, but maybe a new bad guy.

I used to watch the original Batman cartoon. Not the one were if someone got punched it said BAM!! or the new one called "The Batman" but the original cartoon before soccer moms went A wall against TV cutting out anything related to violence. Anyways I loved the Joker he was so awesome. I especially loved Harley Quinn not only was she hot, she was comic relief. And I love the episode with that one guy that became Harley's stalker. I can't remember his name but it was like Creeper, Prowler, or something like that.
On topic:
They don't need another Titan since it's supposedly implied that everybody who is a teen and skilled/gifted with power is already a Titan unless they have not revealed themselves yet to a Titan.
