Noface your deck has way too many offering monsters, and also it has too many cards. I'd try to limit it to a 40-42 card deck with 19-20 monsters and 21-22 magic and traps. Try to only put in 3-5 offering monsters.

I have 50 cards. I usually do 40 but if I find a lot of useful cards I make it 50. And there is no way I'm going to win if I only got 5 cards to tribute. There should always be more tributes that cards that need tributes. I have lost so many times because I couldn't summon a monster.

Back on Topic. Here's my deck "Machine Royalty": Monsters 1 Drillroid 1 Gyroid 1 Jetroid 1 Patroid 1 UFOroid 1 Steamroid 3 Proto-Cyber Dragon 3 Cyber Dragon 1 Cyber Laser Dragon 1 Cyber Barrier Dragon 1 Machine King Prototype 1 Machine King 1 Perfect Machine King 1 Drillago 1 Barrel Dragon 1 Blowback Dragon 1 Jinzo 1 Timeater 1 Needle Burrower 1 Emes the Infinity Fusion 2 Cyber Twin Dragon 3 Cyber End Dragon 1 UFOroid Fighter 1 Steam Gyroid 1 Gatling Dragon Magic 1 De-Fusion 1 Re-Fusion 1 Fusion Recovery 1 Fusion Gate 1 Dimension Fusion 1 Fusion Recovery 1 Polymerization 1 Power Bond 1 Photon Generator Unit 1 Brain Control 1 Share the Pain 1 Limiter Removal 1 Graceful Charity 1 Confiscation Traps 1 Blast Held by a Tribute 1 Altar for Tribute 1 Magic Jammer 1 Dust Tornado 1 Adhesion Trap Hole 1 Bottomless Trap Hole 1 Cross Counter 1 Attack Reflector Unit 1 Sakuretsu Armor 1 Curse of Aging 1 Shadow Spell 1 Spellbinding Circle 1 Rare Metalmorph It's still a work in progress. I've been switching around some cards. I might just make it mainly Cyber Dragons and Ancient Gears. Also, can someone give me the new ban list? And does the rule that fusion monsters can't attack the turn they're summoned still apply? Also are you only suppose to have one of each fusion monster? Here's the ban list if you need it (and for anybody else who does): pojo.com/yu-gi-oh/PriceGuide/Banned-Restricted-List.shtmlAs for your deck, I agree that you are running one too many tribute monsters if you are trying to make a competitive deck (unless you are running a fun/casual deck). Monsters that I thnk will hurt your deck MORE than they will help you are Machine King, Perfect Machine King, Timeater, Needle Burrower, and Emes the Infinity (just simply because the effects aren't worth it, or too much trouble to bring out). Barrel Dragon AT LEAST has an effect that is pretty good to be worth putting in. The previous 5 I just mentioned aren't all that great, especially Machine King and Perfect Machine King. I'll say it bluntly and say they BOTH SUCK. Seriously, I think you'll find those cards stuck in your hand more than they will take step on the field; and even if they do, they'd die REALLY easily by a measly Smashing Ground or Sakuretsu Armor (which both are being highly played right now), and basically you end up at a -2 (by wasting 2 cards [monsters] just to bring out 1), and basically ends up being NOT worth it than it is. If you still do want to run all those tributes, then I HIGHLY recommend using more supportive cards that will help you bring out the tributed monsters easier like more Brain Controls (3 if you can), Snatch Steal (is a must), Level Conversion Lab (which is actually a good percentage of success), elemental searchers (Mystic Tomato, Shining Angel, etc.), or even Giant Germs and Nimble Momongas, and the newly restricted Treeborn Frog. And if you are running 50 cards, I also HIGHLY suggest you shorten it up to 40-42 (so you can get access to the best cards in your deck faster). Overall I give it a 6/10.

is it supposed to be a rock deck?
some of the mons and the m/ts dont seem to fit into that theme... and what's the point of Megarock if you have no cards to remove rock-type mons from play?

It's very very all over the place. A deck, when made, is usually based around a certain strategy (ie: control, hand disruption, burn, etc.). There are many cards in your deck that are totally not necessary, too situational, or just plain suck. Have you looked at the restricted list? That should give you at least an idea of some cards that are needed in almost any deck, but don't go strictly and only by the list though, because it also depends on what kind of deck you are making. Just to let you know, Pot of Greed is banned (but Graceful Charity isn't...hint hint...).
